Went to the Bruno Mars Cover Band in Dos Lagos this evening.  It was free at the shopping center in Corona.  I was surprise by how many people showed up.  I bet there were about a thousand people there.

I went with Rufina and Lourdes.  John and Maria showed up a little bit later.  The band was very good.  I was not feeling good after about 2 hours, so Rufina wanted us to go home.  I wanted to stay, but felt better that I went home.

No bike riding today, but will ride again on Monday.

It has been 7 years (4/26/2012) since I have posted on the blog, WOW.  I have come along way from when I posted right after my stoke.  Don't laugh at the posts that I made, right after the stroke.  They are kind of funny.

I am now riding on the bike for the first time in a year.  Finished my 2nd week, and did 2 1/2 hours this week.  Rode 5 days, about 30 minutes each day.  The bike is on the trainer, but should be able to ride outside in the next couple of weeks.  Just waiting for it to get cooler outside.

I am trying to keep my heart rate below 130 BPM, but this week it went up to 139 BPM, on Tuesday.  I have try and keep it down.  I will ask the cardiologist about it next time I see him.  Today, I did 5 miles on the trainer, max heart rate was 129, and the average MPH was 12.4.  Below is the bike on the trainer.

Just a quick note.   It has been more than a month since I wrote last time.  During that time I am working hard on my speech therapy, going 2 times a week.  I am also working hard with the heart doctor to make sure the heart is going good.

This week it has been good as I now working on my bike, just using the trainer inside.  Still only doing 10 minutes and about a measly 10 miles an hour.  Hopefully it will get better in the future.  That's it for now, so hope everyone is ok.

3/17 Saturday

Just wanted to stop by and say St. Patricks Day today.  I see it has been since Tuesday that I was on this blog.  Not much going on this Tuesday, but I have been do some things since then.  The first thing that I day go back to  the heart doctors and finish the heart steps.

The nurse who gave me the test, say it went well.   I am meeting with the Doctor on Tuesday the next week.  Hopefully it well go well.

On Thursday this week I week to the usual Body Shape therapy to work on the right side.  After that was doing, I went to Speech therapy and got that finished for the week.

Tuesday 3/12

Hello everyone.  Did another heart response to see how it is doing today.  Last Friday, I went in to Corona, at the Inland Heart Doctors and did a see how the heart is doing.  The gave me a drug to make my heart work a bit harder.

Then they gave me 1 hour to give it to go into my system.  After that I had to come back and get a sent of heart for about 50 times on this machine.  This was all on Friday.  Today, I and to come back and make sure that Friday and Tuesday looks good.  I will give out new Tuesday.

Wednesday 3/7

Well this is a new day.  Going to work on my right side today, working with the hands, legs, and ankles.
Once I have that done, I will get out on my legs and walk a bit around the park.

Later tonight,  a going to go to Corona to see my speech therapist.  Hope it will be good today.

Tuesday 3/6

I has been about 5 weeks since from the stroke on the right ride of my head.   It had been hard on me from the stroke.  I had know that is has been hard on me and I am starting my speech on Wednesday to helping getting to
back to working.

That is about now and I will work for tomorrow to.
